Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
A. Please contact our customer experience team at Support@idyllic.la to cancel or modify an existing order.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with all tracking information.
Q. What forms of payment can I use?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Orders are shipped within two weeks after the order is placed. If something is made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks to ship.
Q. Where do you ship and what taxes are applied?
A. We ship anywhere within the U.S. as well as internationally. For orders shipped within the U.S., tax is only applied to orders shipped within California. For international orders, duty fees will be applied in addition to shipping costs.
